Protectapeel products have been manufactured to strict quality specifications by Spraylat International for over 70 years. Mining and Industrial
Protectapeel Anti-Rust provides water-based, peelable protection for non-porous steel surfaces during mining, industrial storage, shipping and handling, helping prevent corrosion and damage before being easily stripped away to reveal a clean, rust-free surface.
Glass and Aluminium
Protectapeel Advanced provides durable, waterproof and UV-stable peelable protection for glass, aluminium, steel and PVC during construction, helping prevent scratches, sparks and site damage while leaving a clean surface once removed.

We suggest 2,500 psi (150 bar) with a 17 thou tip size. Or 60 psi with an air assisted spray gun.
250-300 microns wet will give a dry film thickness of 100 microns.
Peelable Coatings supply a guage to measure the coating thickness in it’s wet state.
It should not be applied in the wet or if the temperature is below freezing.
